This Privacy Policy explains how EventEase, LLC (“EventEase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use the EventEase website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). - Contact information for Event Organizers
- Communications with EventEase support
- Tax-related identifiers (such as EINs) provided by Event Organizers for receipt and reporting purposes
1.2 Transaction-Related Information
Depending on how payments are configured, we may collect or receive limited transaction-related information, including:
- Transaction amounts
- Dates and descriptions
- Event and organizer identifiers
- Receipt and confirmation details
EventEase does not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive payment credentials. Sensitive payment information is processed directly by third-party payment processors.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party services, including:
- Payment processors (such as Stripe, Payabli, or similar providers)
- Email and communication providers
- Hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers
- Affiliated platforms, including Clubhouse
This information is used solely to operate, support, and improve the Services.

When you access the Services, we may automatically collect:

3. Payment Processing and Financial Information
EventEase integrates with third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.
- Payment processing is performed by the applicable payment processor under its own terms and privacy policies.
- EventEase does not store or process sensitive payment credentials.
- EventEase may receive transaction summaries, reporting data, and settlement information necessary for platform functionality, reconciliation, and support.
In limited legacy scenarios, EventEase may offer managed payment services only pursuant to a separate, written Managed Payments Addendum. Such arrangements are governed by their own contractual terms and do not alter EventEase’s standard non-custodial platform model.
4. Data Sharing with Affiliates and Platform Partners
EventEase may share limited information with affiliated platforms, including Clubhouse, and with trusted service providers, vendors, or partners (“Platform Partners”) solely for the purpose of operating events, fulfilling services requested by Event Organizers, and providing platform functionality.
Such sharing may include information necessary to:
- Create, manage, or support events
- Process transactions or reconcile records
- Deliver event-related products or services
- Provide customer support, reporting, or analytics
Platform Partners are authorized to use shared information only to perform services on behalf of EventEase and the applicable Event Organizer and are contractually restricted from using such information for independent marketing or solicitation purposes. EventEase does not permit Platform Partners to sell personal information.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that support the Services (payment processing, hosting, email, analytics)
- With affiliates, including Clubhouse, to support platform functionality
- With Platform Partners solely to fulfill event-related services requested by Event Organizers
- With Event Organizers as necessary to administer events and transactions
- To comply with legal obligations or enforce agreements
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Maintain accurate records
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and applicable obligations.

- Enable core platform functionality
